• Alan is the co-founder of South Sea Horizons
• Based in Sydney,he manages SSH Australia which is focused on product awareness, business development and provides close personal attention to clients before they travel to PNG.
• Al has brought on board his experience as a professional athlete (HSBC Waratahs 2003-2007) and actively engages himself in training and conditioning programs for SSH clients who wish to trek the Kokoda Track or Lark Force Wilderness Track.

• Saii established this landowner company in 2008 in close association with local leaders from a cluster of villages along the Kokoda Track.
• His vision was to ensure that benfits from his tourism venture went directly to his people along the track.
• He is an experienced campaigner along the track and has been trekking with tourists for over 15 years.
• He is a local landowner from Menari village and the son of Faole Bokoi who is one of the last surviving Fuzzy Wuzzy Angels.

• Founding partner of Surf Travel Company and is now the product manager.
• Has lived extensively overseas and worked primarily in the tourism industry as an on the ground operator and charter owner.
• Actively engaged in the development of new products as a wholesale agent and after visiting Papua New Guinea in 2009 with SSH realised that in PNG apart from surfing there is a wide variety of other activity based tours available for STC travellers. He was instrumental in fusing STC (travel agent) and SSH (Tour operator), and together has created a superior and streamlined travel company for PNG.  
• His specialty is in being able to cater for and provide sound advice on destinations that are suitable for the hard core surfers, partners, families.

• General Manager of Surf Travel Company is engaged in ensuring that SSH travellers receive the best travel agent service by his team at Surf Tavel Company.
• Is an experienced travel industry member, having worked flight centre as the airfare and product coordinator and recently before coming over to STC he had worked with Cliftons Asia Pacific as the NSW State Sales manager.
• He is a keen surfer and an adventure enthusiast and therefore is able to empathise with SSH travellers but provides the experience and professionalism of a travel agent.

• Relly is Alan Manning's mother and chairman of SSH
• Based at Kenebot (Kokopo), Relly is SSH point of contact and coordinator of tours in Rabaul.
• Being of local Tolai descent, Relly holds a good rapport with her wantoks in Rabaul and is a dedicated promoter of tourism in the region.

• Chris was born and bred at Vunapope near Rabaul. He is a direct descendant of the Queen Emma lineage. Now he is a retired school principal. Major roles with South Sea Horizons include : collection and collation of Lark Force history; training and monitoring personnel to operate the Lark Force Wilderness Track; creation of commemorative sites on the track to honour the memories of Lark Force.
• PNG IPPG Representative: Chris is the IPPG representative for Papua New Guinea. Chris has been instrumental in the development of the Lark Force Wilderness Track and aims to establish a benchmark for the treatment of porters across PNG.
